CAP is a UK Christian charity which specialises in debt counselling for people in financial difficulty.
As a parish we support CAP, who offer:
Job Clubs to help people back into work
Life Skills groups with practical tips for living well on a low income
Fresh Start courses for anyone wanting to break free from addictions or dependencies
We’re also delighted to welcome Stephen Hatch as CAP’s new local debt centre manager.

CAP Debt Centre Manager
Stephen grew up in Cornwall where he played in brass bands, before moving to Tanzania as a mission partner for a decade, as a teacher and school chaplain.
Stephen is our Debt Centre Manager working with CAP to help people become debt free. Stephen was ordained as a priest in the Anglican Church of Tanzania and is working through the process of becoming recognised by the Methodist Church.
